Following this morning’s announcement by the Chief Minister of a ‘circuit breaker’ lockdown for the Island, all rehearsals & concerts for Manx Youth Band and Manx Concert Brass are suspended until further notice.
Initially the lockdown is expected to last for 21 days, therefore due to end on Tuesday 23rd March.
As and when circumstances change, we will endeavour to keep you updated with the latest position and hopefully plans to resume rehearsals before too long.
AGM postponed
Unfortunately the ‘circuit breaker’ lockdown means we will also have to postpone the AGM, scheduled for Friday 5th March. We hope to reschedule for a new date once restrictions allow us to meet in person again. If this proves problematic, we will look at options to schedule a remote meeting.
